You can send sms to any number with Nokia pc suite this is Method :

1. Install the Nokia PC suite from the cd which you got with your nokia phone at the time of purchase, or download NOKIA
2. After getting connected with nokia pc suite via Bluetooth or usb cable.
3. Open Nokia phone browser in My Computer.
